PRE-SUBMITTAL

This is the gathering of all necessary papers, notes & electronic files to complete the project.  In addition to all files, you will need to fill out a submittal sheet detailing all parameters and requirements you need us to follow for your project.  When the submittal sheet has been filled out completely, bind everything together for submittal.

SUBMIT

Take all of the gathered project information and send by fax or e-mail, drop off or schedule for pick-up.

AUTHORIZATION

Once we have all necessary information in our possession, we will look at the information you provided us and verify that all information is sufficient and submitted correctly.  After we verify that everything looks complete, we will provide you with a quote.  If you agree to the services we are providing,  we will send you a professional services agreement that will need to be signed, agreeing to the negotiated terms.  In many instances this can be done once for all work submitted hereon.

REVIEW / RED-LINE

After we have completed your project with-in the specified amount of time, we will ask you to review our work & verify everything has been completed to your satisfaction.  If it has not, we will ask you to mark all of the details needing changed with a red marker.  These notes can be drawn right on the original plan we provide you with or on a separate sheet of paper.  If everything looks satisfactory, we will move to the last step.

RECIEVE

Once both parties agree that the project has been completed as requested, we will return all original files, and give you the project in any form specified on your submittal order sheet.  This can be electronic files, prints, PDF’s, JPEG’s, BMP’s, Etc.
