What Can We Do For You?

Before the economy took a nose dive in 2007, running a CAD or design department probably worked very well for most at the time. But today companies utilizing CAD are streamlining to run more efficiently. Have you ever really looked at what it’s costing you annually to keep your staff, hardware, software & building in perfect working order through the year?  We have put this information together to help professionals such as yourself find some relief in these tough economic times with some ways to streamline your business.

Think About It...

Right now we are going through some of the biggest changes in CAD production history.  For starters, 2D drawings are now considered as old as ink, vellum & blueprint machines. Today, 3D modeling has been implemented as a mainstream production tool in the industry. Why? Well, it’s pretty simple actually. Once your model has been completed, you can extract 2D data from anywhere in your model at any time with very little effort.  Ultimately, this saves a company time and money thus offering so much more to the client.  But the use and constant maintenance of this technology is not cheap!  It is in fact very expensive to utilize to its fullest potential.   Learn More...

Think About It...

Many companies we have visited over the past 2 years are down to a skeleton crew.  The skeleton crew consists of the professional licensee, the wife or secretary/front desk clerk and, if they are still working, one other person to help in all other areas.  Draftsmen have not been seen in well over a year at most of these places therefore the professional licensee is forced to produce all CAD drawings on their own.  At a time that should be spent drumming up new business, this is an idea that could very easily become a fatal mistake.

Think About It...

Many companies that don’t have work are taking this time to invest in their education.  Many professionals we have spoken too are purchasing additional software products to make themselves more marketable to the client.  This is an expensive option as well if you decide to bring someone in for training or buy books, training media and software for the company.

Ask yourself this question; What have you done lately to streamline your business and invest in your future?  Well, what if we said you didn’t have to do anything?
